YouTube Playback Quality

I just learned from a conference I went to the other day that you can get YouTube to play higher quality videos by default instead of having to select it.  When you log into your YouTube account, at the top of the screen select Account > More.  Then click Playback Setup and tell YouTube you have a high speed connection and save.
