The Wrestler

I’m not a huge “movie buff” by any means.  Movies for the most part these days really stink (sorry Hollywood but they do).  With advancing technologies I’m hoping the Internet helps get independent movie makers a shot at getting their film to the public.  I saw the trailor for this movie and could tell it is one I think I would like.

The types of movies I enjoy are:

• Documentaries (Who Killed the Electric Car, Michael Moore films, Planet Earth)
• Remakes of true events (Blackhawk Down, Saving Private Ryan)
• Ganster or Mafia flicks (Sopranos, Casino, Goodfellas, Scarface)
• Feel good movies (Forrest Gump, Doc Hollywood)
• Comedies (Dumb and Dummer, Office Space)
• Character development (Rain Man, American Beauty)
• Animated films (Madagascar, Shrek)
• When I am “shocked” by things for impact (Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill, Scarface)
