I just heard this Nickelback song which made me think what if today was my last day. I started putting together a list and I’m sure I’m missing things but here is what first came to mind:
- Pray like I’ve never prayed
- Watch the sunrise
- Hello Captain Obvious – not go to work (I’d at least call in)
- Lay in the sun
- Eat a lot of ice cream
- Go to Chuck E. Cheese and play a few games with my best friend
- Drink all the Pepsi I wanted
- Let everyone in my life know how much they meant to me
- Do a blog post
- Buy a Porsche, crank up some Def Leppard, and drive it like I stole it
- Watch the sunset
What would you do if today was your last day? We can’t all do what we would do on our last day every day but as long as what you are doing makes you happy and doesn’t hurt someone else I think it is worth doing.
