Navigating My Site

OK everyone I put paging into my site to reduce the page lengths a few months ago and in talking with people I can tell people are either not seeing it or are confused by it.  I typically display about 15 posts on the homepage and then you can click to go to the next page (the page you are on will be highlighted).  Additionally you can navigate my posts by category in the left hand navigation of the site.  If I can help make things more usable let me know.  I’m thinking maybe I can bump the font up a little to make the paging larger which may help.
