OK I was tired of listening to podcasts on my way into work the other morning and decided to change things up a bit and actually turn on the radio which I haven’t done in a while.  This little number came on (yes I call songs “numbers”) and it made me tap my foot which is really saying something because that means I was “getting down”.  Quite the sight people let me tell you, quite the sight.  It isn’t Def Leppard caliber but I have to give this song “props”.  I was talking with this ten year old girl the other day and was asking her what the cool slang words are these days.  I was like “in my day I used to say something was “rad” what do you say when something is good?  She said “I guess that it is awesome”.  Awesome?  Awesome?  That is all kids have these days?  Common rad totally takes awesome and remember when things were “sweeet” or “tight”?  Then there was the infamous “groovy”.  Haha any way listen to the song and let me know what you think.  I still like my Paul Young every time you go away if I really want to embarass myself (like I need help).
